Introduction:
What’s up, guys? Today, I’ve got a brand new recipe for you: Alfredo Chicken Wings. These wings are crispy, coated in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce, and they’re absolutely delicious. Let’s get cooking!

Ingredients:
For the Chicken Wings:
2 lbs chicken wings, washed and patted dry
Seasonings:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
For the Alfredo Sauce:
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt

2

Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Wings:
Wash and clean the chicken wings. Pat them very dry with a paper towel. This helps them get extra crispy.
In a large bowl, season the wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat the wings evenly with the seasonings.

3

Fry the Chicken Wings:
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 325°F (165°C).
Carefully drop the seasoned wings into the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 10 minutes, or until the wings are golden and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
Remove the wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

4

Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring frequently.
Pour in the heavy whipping cream and stir to combine with the garlic.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to the sauce. Stir well and let it come to a gentle boil.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens.

5

Coat the Chicken Wings:
Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl or container.
Pour the Alfredo sauce over the wings and toss until all the wings are evenly coated in the creamy sauce.

Serve:
Serve your Alfredo Chicken Wings hot, and enjoy the rich, creamy flavor!

6

Conclusion:
That’s it for today’s recipe! We made some delicious Alfredo Chicken Wings that are crispy on the outside and smothered in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce.
